In accordance to its strategic plan, the Albizu University, San Juan campus, library aims to train students to acquire knowledge and skills independently. In order to reach this goal, we have excellent resources in all the disciplines taught at our campus. Furthermore, we offer training, with cutting-edge technologies, in the management of such resources. The library´s Information Skills Program was created with this goal in mind.

Albizu University reaches Malaysia

Dr. Aida Jiménez and PH.D. student Carlos Morales traveled to Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia, to present the findings of a study t La Albizu llega a Malasia

 Albizu University provides educational opportunities that go beyond the classroom. One of them is to travel. Professors and students regularly receive invitations to make presentations in congresses, symposia and meetings abroad. Carlos Morales, who is pursuing a PH.D.  in psychology, was recently in  Kuala Lumpur where he presented a study on the Puerto Rican family. Dr. Aida Jiménez, who was his mentor in this project, also attended the congress.
